Professional & Available I went to high school with Patti and my dad went to school with her mom. So lots of history here. Great Experience Working with Patti After getting a job offer at WSU, my spouse and I needed to find a new home in Pullman. Unfortunately, we lived in GA and had no idea how to go about purchasing a house as first time home buyers. Patti helped us get through this stressful and exciting process despite the difficulty of a remote/asynchronous collaboration. She is experienced and generous with her knowledge. She walked us through the process, offered recommendations when we asked for help (e.g., when trying to identify local lenders who are good communicators) and helped us understand our options. She offered the right amount of support for us to feel confident in our decision making.

Patti could wrangle a hurricane. When we started the process it was just complete chaos from our end as we went from simply looking to starting loan paperwork in a week. Patti was always there, always answered calls and texts, worked amazingly well with the seller and their broker and got us answers quickly, and was always available. Patti deserves TEN stars I learned that purchasing a home that needs renovations is no small feat. We faced challenges involving communications with the bank and even more so with the seller. I believe that if it wouldn't be for Patti, I would never close on this home. Patti's guided me through all the challenges. She was available afterhours and weekends.
